To encourage building owners and related third-parties, including the starters, undertakers and monitors, to pay special attention to earthquake resistance of buildings and respect the life and property of their occupants; to promote “Structural Accreditation” and specifically request the three related parties, including the starters, undertakers and monitors, to take  responsibility and meet the requirements at the stages of planning, design, construction and building certificate acquisition, and for the applicant to file application to the construction center on their own accord. After verification at various stages is done, the “Structurally Accreditated Building” is issued to certify that the building was in line with the predetermined plan in the planning, design and construction stages.
