Create a high-quality "eco-friendly," "energy-saving," "waste-reducing" and "healthy" living environment in order to implement global energy-saving trends and government policies. Conduct green building evaluation and review for both public and private newly-constructed buildings, assist the government in implementing energy analysis for existing buildings, consult the public on the green energy community and green roof renovation, and approve new methods of creating energy-saving and low-carbon environments in line with government policies.
