TABC is a testing and evaluation organization counseled by ABRI. It provides technical and self-liquidating services with reference to the practices of Japan, South Korea, Europe, and the United States. Under the supervision of ABRI, it implements assessment and evaluation of building materials and techniques with the spirit of enterprise management in order to improve construction quality and living environment.

With the guidance of the ministers and all the efforts of our colleagues, TABC does its best to assist the government in promoting policy in the construction industry, improving overall building technology, and serving as an important communication platform between the government, industry, and academia. TABC will continue contributing to construction research and industrial development in Taiwan and striving to improve the quality of living.
