Overview
Since 2005, our center has been designated by the Ministry of the Interior as a "professional institution for the evaluation of performance of fire prevention and escape design as well as the assessment and review of fire prevention and escape routes”, and conduct an assessment of comprehensive evaluation and review for fire prevention and escape for buildings as high as 25 stories or up to 90m and for group B-2 with a total floor area of 30,000 M2; and also conduct assessment of performance for fire prevention and escape in connection with buildings that are not applicable to the fire prevention and escape laws due to construction technical regulations. This business is fair, impartial and professional, providing fire prevention safety technical services for buildings. A review of disaster prevention plans for fire prevention and escape of buildings concerning special (specific) buildings (such as Nangang Station, Songshan Station, etc.) is also provided.

3. Our business also provides performance design and comprehensive review on fire protection and escape of buildings, as well as the performance of use and safety verification, as approved by the Ministry of the Interior.
4. In June 2017, our center was examined and approved by the Ministry of the Interior to simplify the operating procedures so as to comply with the building and fire protection management procedures in order to simplify the administrative process and facilitate the needs of the people.
