Overview

The Fire Safety Building certification is based on the Public Safety Maintenance Program of the Executive Yuan, promoted since 2000. Along with complying with basic laws and regulations, our center provides suggestions on hardware and software management for actual requirements of use in buildings and the contingency of exercises, and guide building users in fire risk assessment for the current status of use, customized fire prevention facilities/equipment, and management, as well as their contingency plan; after the building user (administrator) actively and voluntarily improves fire prevention safety, the Fire Safety Building certificate will be issued. Since 2015, we have promoted the Fire Safety and Health Service by enhancing our role in counseling and assisting, along with providing suggestions for fire safety that meet the needs of users. In 2016, our business also issued the "Guidelines for the overall planning of fire safety and emergency response in medical institutes" to provide medical institutions with fire safety that meets the needs of their use.
