說明：旨揭公告商品之相關檢驗規定將於101年12月1日起實施，報驗義務人屆期應於製品或包裝易見處，依檢驗標準規定標示之全部項目及商品檢驗法第十一條規定標示，另為使消費者充分了解商品資訊，商品本體應標示事項如下：

 

(一)品名：於商品本體面板及底板，以每個字3公分見方以上內容清晰可辨且不易磨滅方式標示「混凝土模板用合板」或「施工架踏板用合板」。

(二)商品檢驗標識：由報驗義務人自行印製之圖式、「M」字軌及指定代碼，指定代碼為監視查驗檢驗登記號碼。

(三)製造廠商(或進口商)名稱、地址或商標。

(四)製造年月日或批號。
